I was torn between working at Strensall Common or Castle Howard this morning after a restless nights sleep, due in part I think to the full moon peeping in through our bedroom curtains! Well, I made the right choice for sure as the skies over Castle Howard were magnificent just after sunrise. A little later I scooted up to Welburn village and was lucky to see mist around the village well after sunrise, then I topped off a good mornings work with a delicious bacon butty at the Leaf and Loaf Bakery/Cafe wohoo!
